Fidus Capital is the private investment arm of Fidus Partners. An experienced provider of junior capital financing solutions, Fidus Capital invests mezzanine debt and equity in support of growth and value creation strategies of middle market companies.

Our initial fund, Fidus Mezzanine Capital, L.P., is a private mezzanine fund licensed as a Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC") by the Small Business Administration. We have approximately $200 million of total capital available for investment and intend to invest between $3 million and $15 million of subordinated debt or non-control equity capital in each portfolio company.

With offices in Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, and New York, NY, Fidus Capital invests nationwide, yet maintains the benefits of a local presence.
