Our initial fund, Fidus Mezzanine Capital, L.P., is a private mezzanine fund licensed as a Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC") by the Small Business Administration. With approximately $225 million of available capital, we seek to invest between $3 million and $15 million of subordinated debt or non-control equity capital in each portfolio company.

We also manage Fidus Investors, L.P., an investment vehicle focused on special situations that may require up to $10 million in long-term, equity-oriented capital.

With offices in Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, and New York, NY, Fidus invests nationwide, yet maintains the benefits of a local presence.
