Fidus Capital will typically invest between $3 million and $15 million of junior capital in companies with annual revenue of $15 million to $300 million. Our flexible investment mandate gives us the ability to structure each investment to meet the unique needs of each transaction, including a capital structure solution with mezzanine debt, non-control equity, or a combination of the two. Our investments are typically structured as:

• Subordinated notes (with or without warrants)
• Preferred stock
• Common stock

Our capital typically supports growing companies in transitional situations, including: management or leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, restructurings, acquisitions, or later stage growth financing.
