Prior to joining Fidus Partners, Mr. Dockery spent more than 16 years advising clients
on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, most recently as a managing
director and head of building products investment banking at Wachovia Securities. Previously,
Mr. Dockery was a managing director in the mergers and acquisitions group at Wachovia Securities
and an officer with its predecessor, Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. Mr. Dockery began his career
as a corporate M&A attorney with Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A. and worked as a summer
associate for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. Mr. Dockery earned a bachelor of arts
from Davidson College and a juris doctor from Yale Law School.

Michael J. Miller, Managing Director – Business Development Prior to joining Fidus, Mr. Miller was managing director and head of business development for Allied Capital Corporation where he worked for five years until the company was sold. While at Allied, Mr. Miller was responsible for managing the origination activities for the firm including coverage of financial sponsors, intermediaries and entrepreneurs of middle market companies. Prior to joining Allied Capital, Mr. Miller spent more than 16 years with JPMorgan Chase and its predecessors where he worked in their middle market leveraged finance, asset based and corporate lending groups. Mr. Miller earned his bachelor of science in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and his master of business administration from The Stern School at New York University.

Paul R. Charron, Operating Partner
Mr. Charron was recently named chairman-elect of the board of Campbell Soup Company and currently serves
as a senior advisor at Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm, where he focuses on
investment activities in the consumer and retail industries. He was chairman and chief executive
officer of Liz Claiborne Inc. from 1996 until his retirement in 2006. He joined Liz Claiborne
in 1994 as vice chairman and chief operating officer, becoming president in 1995 and chairman
of the board in 1996. Prior to joining Liz Claiborne, Mr. Charron served as executive vice president
of VF Corporation, the largest publicly-held apparel manufacturer in the United States. Prior to
joining VF in 1988, Mr. Charron served in various executive capacities at Brown & Bigelow, Inc., Cannon
Mills Company, General Foods Corporation and The Procter & Gamble Company. Mr. Charron earned a
bachelor of arts from the University of Notre Dame and a master of business administration from
Harvard Business School.

J. Dillon Bowles, Director
Mr. Bowles joined Fidus Partners in 2009 after spending eight years advising clients on mergers and
acquisitions at Wachovia Securities. Mr. Bowles has completed over 25 assignments across a broad range
of industries with a particular focus on the government services, defense, business services, software,
and industrial industries. Previously,
Mr. Bowles worked as an equity research analyst with North Carolina Trust Company and Interstate/Johnson Lane.
Mr. Bowles received a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Virginia and a master of
business administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Mr. Bowles is a
Chartered Financial Analyst.

Margaret A. Montague, Director
Ms. Montague joined Fidus Partners in 2010 after spending six years advising clients on mergers and acquisitions at Edgeview Partners. Ms. Montague has completed over 30 assignments across a broad range of industries with a particular focus on multi-unit and franchised concepts, consumer, healthcare and business services. Previously, Ms. Montague spent six years at Morgan Stanley working in the mergers and acquisitions department, healthcare group and consumer group. Ms. Montague received a bachelor of science degree in commerce from the University of Virginia and a master of business administration degree from the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.

of Resun Leasing, Inc., a private equity-owned corporation that leases and sells
temporary office and school facilities. Mr. Cheek earned a bachelor of science degree

Christopher G. Haza, Vice President
Prior to joining Fidus Partners in 2005, Mr. Haza was the treasurer and finance
director for Resun Leasing, Inc., a private equity-owned corporation that leases and
sells temporary office and school facilities. At Resun Leasing, Mr. Haza oversaw
all aspects of corporate finance, including a $300 million debt recapitalization.
Mr. Haza earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration, cum laude,
from the Calloway School at Wake Forest University and a master of business administration
degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert L. Kreidler, Jr., Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining Fidus Partners in 2008, Mr. Kreidler was the chief operating officer at Edgeview Partners,
a middle-market mergers and acquisitions firm. Previously, Mr. Kreidler was the chief financial officer of
Cambium Capital Management, LLC, a registered long/short equity hedge fund. Before joining Cambium Capital,
Mr. Kreidler was the chief administrative officer of Wachovia Capital Markets, and both the chief financial
officer and chief administrative officer for its predecessor, Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. Mr. Kreidler began
his career at Arthur Andersen in the Carolinas serving as a tax practice administrator, later becoming the chief
financial officer for their metro Dallas offices. Mr. Kreidler earned a bachelor of science degree with highest
honors in business administration from the University of Tennessee.
